Founder & Licensed PsychologistI am a licensed psychologist and certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C) based in New York. My clinical work centers on supporting BIPOC parents, first-gen adults, and families navigating life transitions, trauma, and identity shifts. Over the past decade, I have worked in pediatric, child welfare, and outpatient mental health settings, as well as private practice.
Across these settings, I have specialized in supporting parents, children, and families during critical moments of growth and transition. In a pediatric setting, I served as a Senior HealthySteps Specialist, providing parenting support for the first three years postpartum. My work included developmental and behavioral consults, perinatal mood screenings, postpartum support groups, and dyadic therapy for parents and their young children. In a child welfare setting, I offered psychological evaluations along with individual, family, and attachment-focused therapy for children and parents impacted by complex trauma. I have also taught and supervised graduate psychology students, with a focus on bilingual assessment, clinical training, and culturally responsive practice.
I bring specialized training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, perinatal mental health, family therapy at the Ackerman Institute, and maternal mental health certificates through Postpartum Support International. I am passionate about providing therapy that is culturally responsive, relational, and rooted in both compassion and clinical expertise.
My approach is warm and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when your story is honored with care and respect, and when we work together to build clarity, confidence, and a legacy of healing.
